Danielle Phillips (DOB 8-30-89) from Maysel is charged with
Fraud with access device times 8. Green Shirt FL Raynor filed
the criminal complaint which we edited a bunch:
Most everybody knows Ernie Pat Dawson Jr for his years of getting caught doing about everything unlawful. Even in jail, a bad guy (or girl) need a little $$$. For this caper, his Dad, Ernie Dawson Sr would send the needed money to his son. To that end, Mr Dawson used a debit card to send the funds.
This one is a bit confusing to read and understand. As best we can figure, Dawson Sr provided his debit card info to Ms Phillips entrusting her to send the $$$ to Ernie Pat Dawson Jr. Instead, several others charges were listed when Dawson Sr got his bank statement in the mail in Nov.
But but but, as we told you above, Ernie Pat Dawson Jr has been caught up in several capers and he had the Dad's card info and could have given out the info for others to use.
Anyway you look at it, Karla Phillips has been charged with the using Mr Dawson Sr's card for purchases not going to the son.
Felony 65 Austin Levi Johnson (DOB
12-19-94) from Chloe and Felony 67 for Kara Deal (DOB 8-29-
94) also from Chloe stand charged with burglary and petit
larceny on Oct 12 2021. Sheriff Alan King provided the
write up on the public file. Here goes.
Eyewitnesses saw Austin Johnson loading items into his Ford Ranger from a residence on Reed Fork. The witness could not identify the female occupant in the vehicle . Our Top Badge arrived on scene and noticed the plywood covered doors and windows had been preyed open but the vehicle was gone at that time.
King was out tooling around on Laurel Fork Rd and passed an abandoned Ford Ranger along the road.
Between King and Randy Holcomb, they located a Tracy Johnson and Cara Deal. Johnson's lips were closed tight but Ms Deal admitted she was at the residence for 15 minutes or so before the Badges arrived. Deal added that she would never have been at the residence has not been for Austin and Tracy.
The stolen items were found in the bed of Ford Ranger. Both are in deep stuff.
Felony 75 Joshua Matthew Jones 9DOB 10-5-83) from Lizemores has been caught again for driving revoked and defective equipment. Green Shirt R E Wiseman made the arrest on Dec 16th. Some dumb bunnies make it way too easy on Badges. Here's one.
From the Criminal Complaint and edited: Around 6pm the Green Shirt noticed a white Ford Escape with loud exhaust and made a traffic stop. Mr Jones advised that his license had been revoked for DUI and he didn't have any proof of insurance nor registration card.
A quick check on the radio showed the license was revoked with the latest convictions on 10-20-2021, 9-11-2011, and 12-23-2011.
Jones was put under arrest.
