Here's a portion of the criminal complaint :
Brian Zickefoose contacted the Green Shirt Resort on
April 24th in reference to his camp being broke into. He
advised, the night before at his camp in Duck, he thought he
heard someone inside. He found a white male with dark hair
and short beard inside the bathroom. The male stated that he
had been staying to keep people from stealing stuff and that
his name was Cody Ramsey.
At the time, Zickefoose did not have cell
service and let him go. It was then that Zickefoose
discovered lots of items stolen. The front door had been
kicked in, parts of the door frame were laying on the floor.
Total value of the items stolen was over $1000. A neighbor
said the guy fit the description of a Joshua Welch.
Green Shirt Ellis came back with a picture of Joshua
Welch on the 25th. Zickefoose ID's the male that was inside
the cabin.
After a tip, Ellis drove over to Mill Run Road. Ellis
noticed an ATV with several items around it. A third
party confirmed he had seen Welch with a large flat screen
TV and several other items that had been stolen from
Zickefoose.
Joshua T Welch is in the grease and lookin at 1 to 15
years in the big house.
