Franklin C Moore
#
28 Franklin Christopher Moore of Procious
(DOB 4-29-70) now has Felony number 28 tied to his name.
He is charged with Burglary, Dest of Prop and Conspiracy. The
Criminal Complaint was penned by Green Shirt F Raynor and
dated back in March. Here are couple notes from that public
record.
Raynor responded to a burglary complaint down on
Valley View Drive. The property owner told the Badge that he
had broken into thru a broken window and garage door.
Victim Jerry Dunlap had pictures of the bad guys
compliments a secret camera. Raynor was aware of another Green
Shirt investigation in progress and had pictures of Franklin
Moore and a Catherine Vandervort. Pictures from that
investigation and Poof, the two capers both came together,
same people!
That other investigation netted a bunch of stolen items
including Dell puter, trail tires, monitor, and a round
kerosene heater. Victim Dunlap identified those stolen items
as belonging to him. Case solved.
Damage to Mr Dunlap's property was added to the
charges.

Gary L Ramsey
#33
Green Shirt JM Ellis did the honors on Ivydale's Gary L Ramsey
(DOB 1-7-82). Mr Ramsey is charged with dest of prop,
burglary, and Grand Larceny
From the Complaint on file, some excerpts:
Sounds like, Ramsey had been working for the victim,
Michael Samples. Ramsey was suppose to fix a brake line and
return Sample's truck. Well.... Ramsey went a bit wayward and
started driving it around. While doing so, he managed to do
$4000 damage to the truck and a dump bed.
Many of the items inside the truck including a chainsaw
and wood splitter (value $899). Needing a little more gas
money, those items were sold off.
Putting the final nail in the Gary Ramsey's coffin, an
eye witness identifed him driving the stolen truck around and
trying to sell two chainsaws.
Well, needless to say, Gary Ramsey is looking at the
big house

Rodney Mark Workman
#40 Bickmore's Rodney Workman (DOB
1-11-1985) is in the grease again. This time around he is
charged with obstructing, battery to an Badge; and of course,
possession.
Black Shirt Randy Holcomb did the write up. In a
nutshell:
A Lumber man was working a job North of Cunningham
Motors and had hired Mark Workman and Travis Welch for labor
duties. They had been on the job for a short while and things
stated coming up missing from vehicles. Workman had keys to
the trucks. The operator also noticed soda cans with cotton
balls appearing at the job site. Putting two and three
together and knowing Workman had been a drug user in the past,
it was time to call for a Badge.
A stolen Stihl chainsaw was recovered in Braxton
County.
So where's Mark? Black Shirt Holcomb as well as Green
Shirts and the US Marshall's office headed over to Workman's
to execute the warrant in June 2021.
Even with Holcomb weighing 60,000 pounds, there
were other Badges on hand. Dumb bunny Workman tried to
skedaddle out the back and then out the front. During the
apprehension, Yelp, he decided to get in a few blows. That
never makes Badges happy!
He's in the jailhouse now with charges from Clay and
Braxton County.

Michelle L McCourt
#
32 Michelle McCourt (DOB 9-21-1981)
calls Sutton home. This incident came on March 4, 2021 with
Randy Holcomb and Top Badge Allan King the arresting Badges.
Here's a lady dressed in black and in the process of
stealing wawa and other beverages from a Procious Maysel Rd
address. The occupant noticed the lady trying to get into the
garage and called 911 and 3:30pm.
The usual Stop, Get on the ground!! was hailed.
McCourt decided to take a run instead. Yelp, and then
she felt Hulk enough (she weighs 104 pounds) decided to go
after the Badges. Didn't work so well. Heck if Randy had sit
on her, she would have been crushed to death!
Michelle McCourt is charged with burglary,
fleeing, and obstructing.
