First a note. We hear the same stories
everybody else does. Scanner traffic can be juicy as well. But, we can't
run with a story until there's some kind of documentation or first hand
accounting. With that being said and with this transgression nearly 20
days old, here goes with what's official
Some names are mentioned often when it
comes to law breakers. Maybe it's just the wrong time and place for the
same people. Or, maybe the Badges have their eyes on the look out. Or,
maybe the bad people are so plain stupid, it's simple for Law to make an
arrest. We think it is the latter. Amber Butcher is one of those
often seen around the county in an altered state of mind. The second day
in Oct. may have been one of those times.
The Criminal Complaint now on file in
Magistrate Court lays it out short and to the point.
Here's the write up minus much editing:
On Oct. 2nd around Noon:37 Green Shirt
F L Raynor responded to a stab wound complaint at 4453 Triplett Ridge Road.
Upon arrival, Raynor made contact with
Timothy A Butcher who had a stab wound in his upper left arm, The wound
was approximately one inch long and appeared to be fairly deep. Mr Butcher's
ankle was also red.
Butcher stated he had his sister, Amber
Butcher Wisda, pick up some food for him. When his sister arrived, he was
smoking on the porch. Amber insisted that he immediately pay for the food.
They got into an argument and Amber got a wooden club and hit him in the
left ankle.
According to Mr Butcher, Amber then went
to the car and came back onto the porch and stabbed him in the left arm
with a hunting style knife.
Emergency medical services arrived on
the scene and treated Mr Butcher who refused further treatment.
Butcher stated that the incident happened
at 4453 Triplett Ridge Road. Butcher stated that Amber then left. Badges
were unable to located Ms Butcher.
That's all thats on the record.
To make a case stick, to get into Court,
there has to be a cooperating victim.
Our best guess, since the bad allegations
are against a family member, this case will never make it to Court. Some
people just never grow up.
