Back in early Fall we started hearing stories, rumors, about Lizemores' Fire Department 9LFD) finances. Central to each rumor was, $10K had turned up missing, and investigators had been to the service provider asking questions.
  We reported on those flimsy rumors back then.
  This week, someone slid this letter thru out mail slot.
  When the State is promising to withhold $$$, sure sounds like, those early rumors, they might not have been rumors and zeroed in on the 2017 and 2018 audit years.
