Just before Thanksgiving, Tammy Ann Bird (DOB 9-9-1963) was charged with Felony delivery of a controlled substance and aiding escape and other offenses relating to adult is custody.
  Black Shirt Patrick Morris was the arresting Badge and provided the followeing edited criminal complaint:
  Badge Morris observed  Nick Davis acting nervous after interacting with his Mother, Tammy Bird, while leaving the courtroom after a reconsidering hearing. Morris then quesitoned Nick Davis if he had something in his hand who then turned away from the Badge and said, No.
  Morris then searched and found a ball of gum on Nick Davis containing a bag with 2 pills in it with the numbers 54/411, Subutex.
  Badge Morris then questioned Nick Davis where he got it. Davis then stated, "from the water fountain on the first floor".
  Morris then questioned Tammy Bird if she gave Davis anything. She stated, " I gave him a hug , that's it."
  Not falling off the punkin truck yesterday, Morris checked out the survelliance camera footage from the hallway and low and behold, Yelp, Bird did give Davis something out of her left coat pocket and drop it into Nick's hand.

  Those darn video cameras are hard to beat readers. We think Ms Bird is in heap big stuff.
