It's been around 10 years since a Murder Mountain name hit the news. For our first ever BLOTTER online, we're returning to the youngest son of Tommy Young Sr, the Father of the clan.

Back when the bullets were flying and everything not nailed down was being stole, Jacob was 10 years old. That was old enough for him to take naps with an assault rifle at his side. Yelp, we saw!
For this round of info and penned by Green Shirt RE Wiseman from the criminal complaint on file in the Magistrate's office ...
Jacob Daniel Young (DOB 1/11/2000, #42)- was arrested for prohibited person involving firearm/wanton endangerment X 5. Below are the details of the criminal complaint.

Mr. Childress advised officer Wiseman that on Sunday, August 25th, 2019, at approximately 8 pm, there was a white in color pick-up truck spinning gravel up at the end of his driveway. Mr. Childress advised the officer that Mr. Young then took his firearm and struck him in the face with it.
Mr. Childress advised officer Wiseman that he then ran back to his vehicle at which time Mr. Young discharged the firearm 5 times into his vehicle. Mr. Childress then said that Mr. Young then returned to his vehicle and left the residence.
Officer Wiseman then observed Mr. Childress’s vehicle, and observed the back two windows of his vehicle were shattered. He also observed what appeared to be bullet in the truck of the vehicle. Officer Wiseman then photographed Mr. Childress’s injuries which included a cut on the bottom and top of his eye. This officer then received a digitally recorded audio statement from Mr. Childress.
