   Christopher Jeremy Graham (12/31/84, #45)- was arrested for burglary and destruction of property. The following are the details in the criminal report.
   On Friday, September 20, 2019, around 8 pm, officer TPR R. E. Wiseman was advised by Clay County 911 Center of a breaking and entering complaint located in Duck. Upon arrival to the residence, officer Wiseman was met by a female subject who identified herself as Kimberly A. Graham.
   Mrs. Graham stated that on Friday, September 20th, 2019, at around 8pm, her son, Christopher Jeremy Graham entered with out breaking her residence through the door way at which time he began yelling and cussing at Mrs. Graham. Mrs. Graham stated that Mr. Graham stated that Mr. Graham then exited the residence and ran into the woods.
   Mrs. Graham stated that she recently received a Domestic Violation Petition Order (DVP) against her son, Christopher Jeremy Graham. Officer Wiseman attempted to locate Mr. Graham around the residence. He was unable to locate Mr. Graham, Mrs. Graham advised him that Mr. Graham is homeless, but sometimes stays in Nicholas County in the Birch River area.
 
 

 
   Patrick William Adkins (10/24/88, #46)- was arrested for burglary. The criminal complain is as follows.
   On Friday, September 20, 2019, around 11 pm, officer TPR R. E. Wiseman was contacted by a male subject who identified himself as Wesley Andrew Adkins. Mr. W. Adkins advised officer Wiseman that he was returning home to his residence located in Queen Shoals, at which time he observed the side door to his car garage, adjoined thereto his residence, to be open, and his dogs inside said garage barking.
   Mr. W. Adkins then stated that he entered said garage and observed his brother, Patrick William Adkins, attempting to gain entry into his residence. Mr. W. Adkins stated that he then confronted Mr. P. Adkins at which time Mr. P. Adkins ran out of said garage and left the residence.
   Mr. W. Adkins stated that he observed the side door to his garage to appear to have tool marks on it where Mr. P. Adkins gained entry.
   Mr. W. Adkins stated that Mr. P. Adkins was wearing cargo shorts, maroon hoodie, and a pink backpack when he left the residence. Mr. W. Adkins stated he was not sure where Mr. P. Adkins was residing and he believed Mr. P. Adkins was currently homeless.
