Santana Boswell
At the beginning of
each calendar year, case numbers start off with number
1. In 2020, there were right at 100 cases on record at
the old Courthouse. This Ms Boswell complaint is numbered 50
for the 2020 year. That means it took the Badges some time to
round her up.
Santana Boswell (DOB 8-17-1993, Felony 50) made to the
Blotter pages from an event back on June 20th 2020. The
arresting Badge for this caper was Green Shirt J M Ellis.
Magistrate Boggs issued the warrant on July 2, 2020
Back in July, Jack Sizemore made the call, his ATV had
been stolen. Victim Sizemore advised, Santana Boswell was at
his residence and drove us with his 2003 Honda Foreman...
Later , at the Big Otter Go Mart, Sizemore was told,
his ATV was at a residence on Cut Run Road. Upon arrival,
there was Ms Boswell who told Sizemore his ATV was at a Troy
Gross residence. When Sizemore arrived there, he noticed Mr
Grose running from the woods. When asked, Grose said he didn't
know nothin about nothin... Having not fallen off the
turnip truck yesterday, Sizemore noticed fresh tracks heading
toward the woods.
Green Shirt Ellis showed up and followed those fresh
ATV tracks and low and behold, it must have been a miracle!
There was the stolen ATV.
In times like this, someone usually changes their
story. Such was the case with Troy Grose who at first knew
nothing. After getting caught in his lie, everything changed
and he did finger Ms Boswell as have had brought over the ATV.....
Jack Sizemore then identified the ATV as his and had
been stolen.
Let's see now, Santana Boswell was charged with
Grand Larceny. Troy Grose was arrested on receiving and
transferring stolen property.
Pretty good detective work by Jack Sizemore!

Henry Stutler
Here's Criminal
complaint 100, the last one on public record for 2020.
Henry Earl Stutler Jr (DOB 4-26-1992) is well
known to those that read the criminal stuff in The
Communicator. Arresting Badge was Green Shirt J A Miller who
is one of the youngest law enforcers in Clayberry.
From his Criminal complaint and paraphrased a bunch....
The theft complaint came in on Dec 12 2020 from Justin
Truman (victim) who reported Henry Stutler and Melissa Keefer
had been at his residence and Stutler has swiped his Mosin
Nagant rifle and a knife. The victim said he saw Stutler
walking away with the firearm but also knew, the rifle was
loaded.
Later that day a call came in that Mr Stutler was
outside Angela Salisbury's residence and had busted out a
window there.
Did we mention there was a domestic violence order
against Stutler at the time? There was!
Doing some leg work, Green Shirt Miller walked on
Stutler's front porch where he saw Stutler inside and carrying
several long knives at the time. Gulp!
After several attempts to get him to come out, without
any luck, Miller went in the house and detained Henry Stutler.
After gaining control of the situation, the Green Shirt
noticed the stolen rifle. Here it comes readers, Miller also
collected a clear substance confirmed to be Meth..
Did we mention Henry Stutler is a felon and therefore
not allowed to have firearms at hand? He is.
Stutler is back on your dime and charged with petit
larceny, felon in possession of a firearm, violation of a DVP,
destruction of property, obstructing a Badge, and simple
possession.

Michael Walker Jr
Michael
Dennis Walker Jr (DOB 1-20-1989) received the the first public
felony charge in 2021. Green Shirt F L Raynor did the honors.
Felony #4 reads like this:
On Jan 1st 2021 Walker forced entry in the residence of
Gail Triplett (his aunt). Triplett told the Green Shirt, he
was not allowed in the home due to previous encounters with
him.
According to victim Triplett, she pushed Walker out the
front door but he continued walking around the residence. He
then went to the back door, kicked it in, the door swung open
causing it to smack her hand and injured it; she managed to
push him out the door; and she feared for her life after he
refused to leave her property.
Michael Walker is charged with burglary, domestic
battery, destruction of property, and trespassing.
