Business are sbjected to many kinds of bogus attempts to retrieve $$ from your wallet. Down below is an example of an absolute fake but official looking mailer that arrived in area mail boxes this past week.
  Look at it. Doesn't it look and read like something from the Sec of State's office? It isn't. Under a couple different company names, the circular has been traveling thru U S mailboxes for over a year. So grievous is the attempt, West Virginia govt agencies have successfully gone after the perpetrators  in Court. 2000 businesses got their money back.  Have you?
