Michael Earl Vance
Badges don't really
want to get out of their Badgemobiles, especially in cold
weather. Fibbing to em makes them upset. Finding knives
and pistols during a traffic stop makes em skiddish.
We haven't forgotten about Felonies 2 and 3. Those are
not public yet. Most likely, those two have not been picked up
yet or otherwise on the run.
Here comes Felony #4.
Michael Earl Vance (DOB 5-22-80) from Elkins is
starting the year with a bunch felony charges including:
prohibited person with two firearms, possession of
meth, fentanyl, driving suspended, and failure to show a
driver's license.
Green Shirt J A Miller made the arrest and provided
this write up: Around 2:30pm on Jan 15th, Miller was
responding to a call where a female had been kidnapped and in
a maroon SUV.
While out on I-79, low and behold, there it was with
both occupants inside.
The stop was made and things turned sour quick. Driver
Michael Vance could not produce a driver's license. There was
a reason too. Vance's license was suspended. for unpaid fines.
Also, insurance was non existent at the time of the
traffic stop.
Then there was the part about Vance sitting on two
pistols. One was a Smith and Wesson with the other being a
Heritage which was loaded.
On his person, a jackpot including: multiple syringes,
knives, and a container containing Meth, and Fentanyl was
discovered.
There was no mention of the female passenger
being abducted.
Another one off the streets.
