2011                     James Michael Morris                    2018

Jamie Morris is one of those folks that had a silver spoon in his mouth and abilites to handle about any piece of construction equipment. After a lengthy rap sheet and time in the slammer, that bright shiny future is all but gone. We can say, it's been a few years since he was charged with a felony.
Felony #40 was awarded to the James Michael Morris ( DOB 2-22-69) from Maysel on Sept 9th after Magistrate Boggs found probable cause.
The charge is driving revoked for DUI 3rd offense. We think that second DUI arrest came in 2018.
If found guilty, this third offense stuff is serious business with serious jail time.
Green Shirt F L Raynor was the arresting officer

Bill Fisher file photo

Bill Fisher manages to get in minor trouble at every corner in the round. Nothing major like kicking a dog or shooting someone but none the less, he gets in trouble. He's also the guy that would make a good neighbor when you need some help or something fixed
Felony 39 belongs to William "Bill" Lee Fisher (DOB 3-22-74) from Procious for grand larceny. Once again, Raynor was the arresting Badge.
From the official complaint on file in the Magistrate's office, in part and edited down: Over in Harrison on August 16th, the Badge received a call for stolen goods including an ATV, Kawaski 650..
A Charles McCune was the victim and owner of the ATV. Raynor made contact with Fisher on Reed Fork, his residence... at first Fisher said he didn't do it and wasn't in the Harrison area. His story changed upon hearing there was a witness....
Witnesses included Wayne Litton who saw Fisher riding the ATV and noticed fresh ATV tracks coming from the McCune residence. Mr Litton also noticed a roll of copper wire laying in front of McCune's property.
   Here comes the twist readers.
Fisher's girl friend said Bill did NOT take the ATV. Instead he was trying to retrieve the vehicle for which he was paid $300.
In a Facebook message, Fisher stated that he was trying to get the ATV back and had spent $300 trying to do so.
As of that date, Raynor has not been able to make contact with Bill Fisher.
Just a tip Bill, hiding doesn't make matters look any better or go any better for ya!
How much do you think a twenty year old Kawasaki is worth. According to the complaint, $5000.00.

Travis Pauley
Our newest Black Shirt, Nate Legg made this arrest on Travis Pauley, Felony 42 on 10-3-2022.
This complaint was very brief. In part, Pauley was caught in the basement of a Vance subject where he was going thru the things. He was caught in the act by a Jeff Nutter who ordered Pauley to get the heck out. He did.
About the only thing is swiped was a pair of gloves.
Must have been nice gloves because this is a felony rap.
