7 Minute BDA Meeting

The Business
Development Authority met for seven minutes on October 12,
2020 for a brief FEMA update.
The board's
account closed with $4,680.67 in the bank last month after
removing $479.89 for utilities.
Engineering
for the RR tracks are complete aside for the bid sheets.
They hope to start the bidding in November, according to
president, Mitch DeBoard. $15 thousand is left from the
budget, and the extra $200 thousand request was approved,
and the payouts to the construction will be on a payment
basis as the work gets finished.
Elk River
Trail Foundation is holding a "clean up" day on Saturday
17th, 2020. The volunteers will gain a free ride on the
rails Tuesday, as long as the Elk River Trail board members
approve, as that is the day they take their ride.
Next meeting
will be held on November 9th, 2020.
