  On a pretty regular basis, we give the Top Badge double H. There's a bunch of excellent reasons to to such. One of those  is NOT his go get em approach behind the badge. Here's a write up from the Black Shirts that highlights that go get em effort.
  Two Clay County men have been arrested on multiple felony charges in connection with the Auxier Farms breaking and entering. Jonathon A. McGlothlin and Benjamin A. Stewart both of Bickmore, WV. Both was charged with the felony offenses of Breaking and entering, Grand larceny and Conspiracy. McGlothlin was arrested by Clay County Sheriff's Department and arraigned in Clay County Magistrate Court. His bond was 25,000.00 and was unable to post his bond and was remanded to Central Regional Jail.
   Stewart was currently in central regional jail from charges from Clay County for Breaking and Entering and he was arraigned by Fayette County Magistrate Court and his bond was 25,000.0o . He was also unable to make bond and remanded to central regional jail.
   Through out a lengthy investigation with the assistance of the West Virginia State Police Clay County detachment and Clay County Sheriffs Department all rifles were recovered in Clay County at two different locations and returned back to their rightful owner.

  We noticed over on the HurHerald website a little additional info. Here's that.
  Two Clay County men have been arrested in connection with a break-in investigation earlier this month in Fayette County.   An ATV and high-end competition rifles were originally reported stolen from the Auxier farm on Oct.1, according to the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office. A family member found the ATV along the roadway in the Cannelton area.
   Benjamin A. Stewart has been charged with breaking and entering, grand larceny and conspiracy to commit a felony for his role in the incident, according to a news release. Stewart was already in Central Regional Jail on unrelated charges. 
   Jonathan McGlothlin faces the same charges. He was arrested in Clay County by the Clay County Sheriff's Office.  All the custom-made firearms have been recovered. They were valued at more than $30,000.
