Felony #14  Raymond Lee Brown (DOB 9-4-1972) has been  in more than local news coverage for more than a year. Prior the last little bit, Mr Brown came across as a model citizen. That all changed when he was arrested for sexual assaulting  a young girl in his custody.
Just when you's think things couldn't get any worse for Brown, it did.
Out of State newspapers made note of this fleeing felon as he tried to escape Federal Badges but failed.
Backing up just a tad, Brown skeddadled Clayberry Badges back in March. That escape from months ago is the subject of this long dated Criminal Complaint.
From the Complaint penned by Black Shirt Randy Holcomb and paraphrased:
Brown was on home confinement... on Monday March 1st was he was due in Court for sentencing... while in route to the Courthouse, Brown cut off his home confinement bracelet, fled on Route 16 and threw the bracelet out near Hartland at 9:10am while moving at  54 mph..... The bracelet was found by Holcomb and the Top Badge and it showed  a clear cut thru it....
Why did it take so long for Felony 14 to be executed here in County Clay? We think local enforcement was waiting on all the other transgressions in Kentucky to work through their system.

Felony #62 Brad Eugene Proctor of Amma has been charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm.
There's no doubt that Badging is a dangerous job. Things can go to H in a split second. Here's an example of what could have gone reaaal bad but didn't on Sept 15, 2021. Penned by Black Shirt Randy Holcomb and paraphrased:
While out patrolling for a black Chevy p/u, Brad Proctor was located in a matching vehicle along side the Procious straight away... when approaching the vehicle, Proctor was seated in the driver's seat and was passed out and non responsive... After Holcomb shuck him and yelled "SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT", Proctor woke up and immediately moved his hand down beside his right leg...
After being removed from the vehicle and handcuffed, a pistol was found beside the console where Proctor had been reaching...
After a search, yelp , meth (and baggies) were found along with $1249 in cash.
Proctor was found guilty of receiving stolen goods in 2019. As a felon, he's not allowed to have a firearm in his possession.
Badges Randy Holcomb and Allen King got lucky this time
