Voters elected Allen King to be the Top Badge last year. Taking office in Jan, the following criminal complaints are the first we've seen penned by that Top Badge.

Jason Robert Neal

Felony #68 Jason Robert Neal (DOB 3-28-1986) has been charged with felony burglary and destruction of property. Allen King provided the paperwork which reads in part:
Jason Neal broke into a residence owned by Kenny Neal on Big Lick Road in Indore... When Jason was told to get out, he got confrontational . He had thrown objects into the yard and broke out windows.
If Mr Neal gets convicted, he's looking at 1 to 15 years.
NOTE: this was a very short complaint which made no mention that the incident happened in County Clay. Indore was mentioned but nothing else.

Tracy Shane Johnson
Felony #  66 Tracy Shane Johnson (DOB 11-18-1975) was charged with felony burglary and petit larceny from a caper on Oct 12th.
Getting his feet wet real quick, from the Top Badge and paraphrased, here's the criminal complaint that is on public file in the Magistrate Clerk's office:
Dusti and James Davis called in that a Tracy Johnson and a Austin Johnson were loading items in a gree Ford Ranger pick em up on Reed Fork Road. A second female was in the truck but the witnesses could not identify her. ... The Johnsons were contracted to board up the place due to people breaking in.
Tracy asked the contractor to wait since her son Austin was inside
When the Badge arrived, he could see that all the windows and doors had been vandalized, busted.
Later King was traveling thru Laurel Fork Road and low and behold, there was the same green vehicle minus the humans.
Helped by Black Shirt Randy Holcomb, the dynamic duo stopped to check out thangs.  Finally Tracy Johnson. Stacy Johnson and a Cara Deal were located nearby at a residence.... Ms Johnson refused to utter a word . Not so with Cara Deal who told the Badges, Hold it folks I've only be here a few minutes and didn't do notin'.
In the back of the green Ford were the stolen items.
We noticed in this criminal complaint,  someone remembered to make sure and say, this caper happened in this county.
