Felony
#63 Todd Jeffrey Ullum Jr (DOB 1-9-91) has been charged with
being a felon in possession of firearm. Black Shirt Randy
Holcomb was the arresting Badge back on Sept 9th.
Ole eagle eye Holcomb penned this criminal complaint
but paraphrased:
While returning from a jail run, Holcomb noticed
Ullum while getting some go go juice for his cruiser. Ullum
was at the pumps himself and had a hand gun stuffed down the
backside of his britches.
Being a dip shirt, as soon as he saw the Badge, he
jumped into his red Grand Am and shagged arss WITHOUT
removing the gas nozzle from the car.
Holcomb shouted out. Todd stopped the car and was
ordered out of the Grand Am with the hose dribbling down. In
the vehicle was a loaded handgun and a rifle. Being a
convicted felon times 2 (grand larceny and operating a meth
lab), Holcomb had got another bad guy.

Scott V Bird
Felony
64 Scott Vernon Bird (DOB 7-17-1975) was charged with simple
possession of meth and possession of fentanyl on Sept 22nd.
Some criminals make it waaaay to easy for
Badges. Here's an example
Black Shirt Randy Holcomb and Top Badge Allen King
were out tooling around in the county serving papers.
With little going on, they decided to stop by the Holcomb
Cemetery .
Turning onto the access road, there sat a silver
Equinox in the middle of the road. Scott Bird was in the
driver's seat with a glass pipe tube in his hand and a torch
in his left hand.
When Bird saw the Badges coming his way, he
tossed the object to the floor board.
Bird was removed from the vehicle and low and
behold, there were two firearms and a small container in the
floor board containing 5.97 grams of crystal meth.
Also, fine white powder .42 grams (fentinayl) was found
Dumb dumb dumb. At least Bird should have made
him chase hims down or something!
