Felony #72 Benjamin Arrow Stewart (DOB 11-3-1992) stands charged with felony grand larceny stemming from an Aug 17th incident. The criminal complaint was penned by Green Shirt James Keffer. Probable cause and the warrant was issued by Magistrate Jeff Boggs.
   Paraphrased and edited, here goes.
  The call came in on the 17th about building broken into on Leatherwood Rd. Sharp eyes noticed a wheelbarrow load of the victim's property was spotted in the creek Yelp, sure enough, when the victim arrived there was his goods which had been taken from his out buildings.
   So what does a guy risk going to the big house for? In this caper, stolen was  two hunting blinds, two fishing poles, tackle, an air compressor, two extension cords, and several hand tools.
   How do you catch a bandit? An outside security made it simple. The game cam had several images of Stewart carrying 2 of the extension cords draped across his arm. Another image shows hand tools at the bad guy's foot.
  Such cameras often have grainy images. How were the Badges sure? Turns out, local Badges recognized the roadrunner tattoo on Stewart's right upper arm.
   Yep, Bennie's troubles are starting again. He's looking at up to 10 years in the slammer

Felony 78 Cody Wayne Bird (DOB 8-20-1992)  is charged with burglary. The bad deeds occurred on 9-3-2020. Green Shirt R E Wiseman was the arresting Badge. Sorry no file photo for Mr Bird.
  From the complaint:   911 called the Green shirt detachment concerning a burglary complaint in the Lizemores area. Taken items included:  a 55inch TV, Sony DVD player and a Sanyo DVD player.
  The victim advised his survelliance camera showed a Cody Bird breaking into the Ranchland Road residence on Thursday Sept 3rd around 3 am.  The victim had seen Bird in the area several times and believed the lad was staying in the Dixie area.
  The Badge checked Cody Bird's background which revealed, this ain't his first rodeo with a history of burglary, grand larceny, and shoplifting charges.
  Magistrate Rider issued the warrant.

Felony 80 Jonathan James Cartwright (DOB 10-11- 95)  from Fairmont is charged with Malicious assault, strangulation, kidnapping, sexual assault 1st degree.... to name a few.

  The victim had advised on Wed Sept 23rd , she was staying with her boyfriend Jonathan Cartwright at his parents apartment in Clay; Cartwright was high on meth; he locked her in the bedroom where she was pulled to the ground by her hair. Cartwright then climbed on top of her pinning his knees to her chest. When she began to scream Cartwright  began strangulating the victim until she lost consciousnesses....
   When she came to, she tried to scream but Cartwright put his hands over her mouth and squeezed and bit her nose forcefully.  Unable to breath, she went unconsciousness again.  Cartwright forced some meth down her nose using a folded dollar bill. Cartwright told her: If anybody hears you I will get arrested and if the cops come, I will kill you and bury you in a hole where no one will ever find you....
   The next morning, Sept 24th, around 9am, Mr Cartwright called his cousin for a ride home. The victim was told to go into the bedroom and wait. Cartwright was high again on meth; the victim heard a knife opening; she was pushed down into the bed and felt a knife against her sternum.  Cartwright then sexually assaulted her vaginally, then inserted multiple fingers in her anus causing tearing and bleeding;
  Shortly , she attempted to escape but was caught by Cartwright. A cousin picked them up and took them back to Fairmont.
  A rape test was conducted at United hospital and sent to the Green Shirt lab
