Timothy Drake

#51 Back in Aug 2021, Timothy Michael
Drake (DOB 6-21-87) was charged with drug possession x 2 and
prohibited person with a firearm.Green Shirt Miller wrote up
this caper. From the complaint: Black Shirt Randy Holcomb
spotted two dirt bikes on Laurel Creek Rd while on the look
out for a burglary at the home....Black Shirt asked about
weapons and drugs on the Drake subject... Yelp came the
response. Found on the 34 year old was Taurus pistol, a
bag of meth (3 ounces), 50 Hydro pills, and some Fentanyl.
Since Mr Drake is an addict and habitual user, he
was also charged as a person prohibited from possessing a
firearm.

Richard Hall
Felony 52 Richard
Allen Hall (DOB 9-27-95) from Charleston is charged with
receiving and transferring stolen goods according to the
complaint filed by Green Shirt James W Keffer . Reading in
part: ... Hall left a stolen van at his step brother's
residence (Bomont). The vehicle had been stolen from
Huntington where Hall had been in the Recovery Point rehab
center. Hall was later found at his Mother's residence.
For his transgression, Richard Hall is looking at up to
5 years behind bars and a $5000 fine

Ashley Mullins
Felony # 53 Ashley D
Mullins (DOB 11-25-90) was arrested and charged with obtaining
money under false pretenses by Green Shirt R E Thomas. The
arrest stems from an incident back in July 2021. From the
complaint and paraphrased: ... Ms Mullins wrote a
$1440.00 check to her landlord for rent.... Turns out the
check had been written on an account that had been closed.
Felony#54 Sorry no mug shot on file Julie W
Coulter (DOB 8-28-90) stands charged with felony grand
larceny. The victim allowed Ms Coulter to use his vehicle to
get to a doctor's appointment. Some how some way, Mr Coulter
neglected to return the vehicle to the rightful owner. That's
a bad thang in West Virginia. If found guilty, Ms Coulter is
lookin at a year in the slammer and a $2500 fine.

Trenton Marks
Felony #58 Trenton Dale
Marks (DOB 9-20-95) from Duck, was attempting to break into a
camper out on Wilson Ridge on Aug 30th. when one neighbor saw
the attempted B&E and subdued the lad while another called
911. Seeing the pry marks on the door frame, Green Shirt Jason
W Keiffer made the arrest without incident.
