Pritt (DOB 12-9-76) from Summersville is in the grease charged
with felony receiving / transferring stolen goods from a caper
back on Sept 4th. Green Shirt J A Miller had the honor to pen
the following criminal complaint on the 45 year old.
Top Badge Allen King was involved with this arrest down in Indore. Once Miller and King arrived at the residence. sure enough, Pritt told em, Yelp I sure got a yeller Can Am (Off road vehicle) parked over in the wood shed and covered over with junk wood. Checking out the serial number, the vehicle came back listed as stolen.
Pritt told the Badges: Gage Fugatt drove it over there where Pritt agreed to sell the thang for $500.... currently such a vehicle is valued around $12,000.
While giving a statement, Pritt admitted, he had suspicions the Can Am was "hot".

Felony # 60 William P Lane
(DOB 6-18-90) from Clay stands charged with felony
fleeing, obstructing, driving revoked and possession of meth.
The arrest came Sept 4th with Green Shirt J M Ellis the author
of the complaint.
While in the Gino's parking lot, Green Shirt Ellis noticed a blue in color dirt bike go zooming down the road. With lights on and siren blaring, Lane tried to make a get away going up to 80 mph on Rt 16 heading into Clay. When Ellis saw him passing in a no passing lane, he cut off the chase but found the bike laying on its side with Lane trying to stand it back up on a back street of downtown Clay.
A quick check of the record revealed the reason Lane was trying to escape, no license. Mr Lane was wearing a silver pistol and large knife to boot. In a blue canister, there was a couple bags of meth.
Penalties for the various charges can land Lane int the slammer for up to 5 years and stiff fines up to $5000.

Felony# 61 Spencer Dwayne
Hall (DOB 3-14-98) from Sutton has been charged with felony
sexual assault x 2 and sexual abuse by a person of trust x 2.

Emillee Patton was working at the Pilot Service Station in Braxton County when she caught the eye of Spencer D Hall and invited him to live with her in Duck (County Clay) with her two daughters.
Sometime later the Mom noticed something was different, both were giggling at each other while on the couch.
Shortly thereafter the victim said she was having seizures and began staying at a grandmother's home, Debra Mayes.
Ms Patton found out of the sexual encounters between Hall and the underage victim and called Clay 911. The Green Shirt showed up at Ms Mayes door where Hall, the victim, and Ms Mayes were there.
Ms Mayes admitted she knew of the affair several months back but, "she was a good christian woman" and would not allow them to be alone together and that would not be happening in her house.
Mayes told the Badge, the reason why the granddaughter was living with her was because the Mother , Emilee Patton, was Ms Patton's drug abuse and living conditions at Ms Patton's residence.
When asked why Mr Hall was allowed to live there after knowing of the sexual relations with a 15 year old, Maye again stated, she was not going to allow that to happen again and Mr Hall realized it was wrong and was there simply to do odd jobs.
The victim stated that she had had sex with 23 year old Hall but they were not dating now.
Hall admitted to the affair with the underage girl twice after Patton invited him to live in the house. He later decided to stop the sexual intercourse affair and "it just felt wrong due to her age."
Hall added that the Mother, Patton, would leave the residence for days at a time to get drugs and left him to take care of victim and a younger sister and they had become close.
The penalty for his transgressions: 5 years in the slammer and $10K fine. Mr Hall is about to find out the hard way, if they ain't 16, run away quick.
