transferring stolen goods. With the criminal complaint penned
by Green Shirt J M Ellis; here's some excerpts
This deals with a stolen ATV which was spotted on Moore Fork Road. Victim Jack Sizemore told the Badge, a Santana Boswell took off with his 2003 Honda Foreman.
While at Big Otter Go Mart, Sizemore was told Ms Boswell was located. At Boswell's location, she advised, nope it's not over her but instead, look over somewhere else.
While there, the Badge noticed Troy Grose running out in the woods. Grose finally told the Green Shirt, he didn't know notin' about notin' but saw fresh ATV tracks
After trying diversion tactics like, Oh, it must be over at an Uncle's residence, the Badge headed over in those same woods and lo and behold, Poof, magically, there sat an ATV matching the one stolen from Jack Sizemore.
With the noose tightening, and after given Miranda rights, Grose changed his tune and provided, running from the woods??????????????? Not me, I was in the barn. Trying to smooth things over Grose provided, the Boswell lady did bring the ATV buy but being the model citizen he is, he told her, he didn't want it.
We think Troy Grose is in the grease.
Jeremy Wyatt (DOB 1-10-1985) has been charged with destruction of property and grand larceny. Green Shirt J M Ellis was the arresting officer that responded to a car being set on fire call.
Gabe Morgan and his brother were in the Pisgah Ridge area of Clayberry. Morgan was not familiar with the area and managed to get his car stuck in the mud while turning around. While trying to get the car unstuck, they spotted headlights coming their way. Because they were skeered, they ran and hid in the woods
A vehicle came up, stopped,with a male yelling. That male then took an object and started busting all the windows out of the vehicle. The window buster then left.
When Morgan checked his car, all the windows were busted out and his clothes were stolen.
After walking several hours, Morgan and his brother saw a car approaching and flagged them down in an attempt to get a ride.
Talking about bad luck.....
That vehicle stopped and the male driver began cussing them. Mr Morgan positively identified the driver as the same person that busted out all the windows and stole the clothes. There was a female in the vehicle that said, "Jeremy Stop!"
Again Morgan and his brother got skeered and ran off.
Morgan asked friends that live in that area if they knew anyone named Jeremy. Morgan discovered the bad guy was Jeremy Wyant. Morgan showed a facebook photo of Jeremy Wyant.
Morgan advised that the stolen clothes were valued at $1000. The Green Shirt received a quote for the broken windows which came in at $2869.

Morton, we know him as Stump Morton, has managed to keep
himself in the cort system for a number of years. This
time around Black Shirt Tyler Caruthers charged Stump with
attempted burglary.
Stump Morton (DBA 12-23-1956) on or about 8-25-2020 in the Glen area did attempt to gain entry to his ex girlfriend, Pauline Caldwell's vehicle which was locked.
Pauline asked Stump to stop and to leave the property several times. Stump presented a wooden club in a threatening manner and did chase Pauline into her residence where after she locked the door, Stump attempted to force his way inside by kicking and striking the door repeatedly causing Pauline to fear for her life.
