    Judge, lawyers, probation officers, Badges, no one knows what kind of life a kids has growing up. Sometimes the norm for one is like H for others. Family background and raising, that's the foundation for life. It makes a big difference. Some of those you see in Blotter, that foundation is weak or none at all.
   Jerri Lynn Harlow (DOB 8-26-1988) from Maysel is now carrying Felony number 37 and 38. Charges include grand larceny, burglary, person prohibited from carrying a firearm,  destruction of of property, transferring stolen goods, destruction of property,, and entering without breaking, petit larceny from two separate capers.
  Those charges and similar ones are not the first for Ms Harlow.

  On August 11th 2022, around 10pm, property owner Michelle McKinney reported several items were taken from 39 Maysel Laurel Ridge Road, Maysel. Items swiped include a Taurus  G-2 pistol, jewelry, and more valued at over $1000.
  On inspection by the Green Shirt, the electric had been turned off as well as the security system painted over, disabled.
   Green Shirt Wriston found out that Jerri Harlow broke out from Lifehouse Recovery Center in Cabell County and stole on the van to skedaddle. That van was found on Hanshaw Fork Road.
  Another investigation was in progress concerning an out building and vehicle owned by Lynn Sizemore broke into as well. Damage to vehicle: $3492. and $400 cash.
  Harlow was seen at Clay Go Mart wearing clothes that belonged to victim Michelle McKinney.
  Harlow was busy selling stolen jewelry with the $50 showing up from PayPal.
   After having her rights read, Jerri Harlow admitted to taking about everything but the kitchen sink.
  From the criminal complaint: Due to her continuing  drug history, she is a habitual user of drugs, she is considered a prohibited person having a firearm.
