Sean Lyons & Cody B Moore
   A couple weeks back on Nov 4th, a bunch of us were glued to our 911 scanners. That afternoon, it sounded like a shooting had occurred at a Jamie Morris' residence (Maysel) followed by capturing the shooter out around Hansford Fork.
  Felony 92 was assigned to a Cody Brooks Moore from Duck. Cody Moore (DOB 11-20-89) is charged with first and second degree murder.
  Green Shirt J A Miller  was the author of the brief criminal complaint which reads in part:
  On Nov 4th around pm, Miller got a call from Darlene Morris advising that someone had been shot at her son's (Jamie) residence. Upon arrival, Miller found a non responsive male later identified as Benjamin Laughlin with multiple gunshot wounds.
  Jamie advised, the shooter was Cody Moore who was driving a silver Chevy pick up with extended cab. Miller drove in the last known direction of the shooter.
  The Top Badge's office advised, the vehicle was on Hansford Fork. The Black Shirts took Cody Moore into custody.
  Green Shirt Miller took custody of Moore, took him to their Big Otter resort where Moore confused to the killing..
   Many in the county provide, just another drug deal gone bad.

  Let's talk heinous. Before we get started, don't get all confused when reading this guy's name. Nope, it's not the same guy mention in the one day earlier BLOTTER column.
  This time around, Sean Gunner Lyons (DOB 3-26-95) was charged with sexual assault first degree x 24 and sexual assault in thurd deree x 36.
  Penned by Green Shirt F L Raynor and read in part....
  Raynor took the call from the DHHR referral which stated that the victim KB, 16 year old female.
  Raynor made contact with KB on Sept 4th. The victim said she had been sexually assaulted by her cousin, Sean Gunner for several years. She also told the Badge, she had been touched inappropriately by her her uncle, Jonathan Todd Lyons....
  From the recorded interview: between the ages of 3 and 8, Sean used his finger, tongue, and penis at least once a week and happened over 200 times. That penis penetrations topped around the age of 8 byt he oral sex continued twice a month totally around 96 times....  Sean continued to touch her breasts and crotch in a sexual manner until she was 15 and totaling 36 times.
  Sean Lyons was also recorded and although the number of encounters is lower, he admitted to about everything.
  A quote from the criminal complaint: It is noted , Sean is 7 years 10 months older than KB.
  That last note is important. Instead of decades behind bars, Sean Lyons is looking at a possible life sentence
