Dustin L Anderson
Felony #49 was awarded to Dustin Anderson (DOB 3-23-80) on Oct 30th. His transgression is DUI 3rd offense. From that public file penned by Green Shirt J M Ellis  ....
Just before 7pm on Oct 30th  a call came in on a reckless driver on Dutch Ridge Road near Bomont. Ellis was familiar with Anderson and believed his operator's license had been revoked. Along with Green Shirt B R Smith, the dynamic duo began patrolling  in the Procious area when a dark blue Chevy truck was spotted doing a high rate of speed across the Queen Shoals bridge.
The Badge mobile had to go around 80 mph to catch the vehicle.
The suspect had pulled over in a driveway where Dustin Anderson and a second person skedaddled out the front door.
That passenger explained that she had been driving the Chevy and not Anderson.
An open beer container was spotted in the front area of the truck.
Here it comes readers. There were four kids in the Chevy and when asked, those kids said "Dad" was driving.
There were also three firearms inside the truck. Uh Oh, turns out Anderson was a person prohibited from having em due to a prior domestic battery conviction.
  Anderson's prior DUI convictions stem from 2007, 2002, 2021, and 2016.
His charges include driving revoked 3rd, DUIA 3rd, three counts of a prohibited person with firearms,  child neglect causing risk of injury.
We think Anderson is in deep doo doo
