Aron C Fugate
Here comes Aron Cletus Fugate (DOB 1-29-1984) who managed to get arrested on stuff like false title / registration; driving revoked; and no registration.
The formal complaint comes via Tyler Caruthers who provides the following.
On October 7th, Caruthers was called to action over an abandoned vehicle complaint found on a Dog Run driveway. The vehicle was gold in color and an Oldsmobile Alero belonging to Cletus Fugate.
Fugate was seen driving the vehicle. It appeared that the vehicle was running out of gas when spotted.
The license plate was run thru Clay 911 where it was determined that the plate belonged to Former Sheriff Donald Triplett and was issued to a Ford pick em up truck.
The plate also had a small white sticker where the registration sticker was suppose to be placed and there to resemble a current license plate sticker.
While looking for a registration card or insurance card, nether were found.
Cletus Fugate's operator license was revoked effective Feb 20, 2020.

Steve C Goodwin Jr
We're combing the Terry Brown (DOB 9-17-1977) and Steve Goodwin (DOB 6-15-1094) indictments. Fugate earned Felony #85 while Goodwin captured Felony charge # 84. Both arrests come via the same Criminal Complaint penned by Top Badge Randy Holcomb.
From the public file available at the Magistrate Clerk's office, here goes with the excerpted work up.
The complaint came in from the Bomont area. A Honda ATV was stolen from72 Camp Creek Road. The Top Badge got information that the stolen ATV was at Steve Goodwin's home on Scenic Drive and located behind an out building. The plastic body was changed out but Holcomb captured the serial number. Cost of the vehicle was $2500.
From Mr Goodwin, Terry Brown came to his home and asked Steve to assist him with getting and ATV. Goodwin took a tow rope and he and Brown did pull the ATV to his home. Brown left on the ATV, returned with it painted red, and traded the ATV to Goodwin for Chevy Blazer.
Afterwards, Goodwin stated that he knew something was not right about the ATV and switched the plastic on the ATV to green.
