Anthony Jones Hamrick
Penned by
Green Shirt TD McFeeley, Felony 39 was awarded to Anthony
Jones Hamrick (DOB 10-10-85 from Wallback) for sexual
abuse by a prent, guardian or person of trust to a child x 2.
Paraphrased greatly, in part from the 5 page criminal
complaint:
In May of 2023 the Clayberry Black Shirt office
contacted the Green Shirts about a sexual abuse case disclosed
at Clay High... The child disclosed that her step father had
been touching her...
The victim reported that Mr Hamrick had touched her and
her sister, her breasts and vagina when she was 7 or 8 years
old... she had been living in the Wallback area... the
touching began with her clothes on but went to under her
clothes ... she had tried to shut the bathroom door but he
entered anyway... Hamrick would then go to her room at night
and would touch her vagina and began moving his fingers
around.... later she would wake up with him touching
her...
The report went on but we think you get the idea.
Felony 41 Manuel Lee Nichols (DBA11-21-83,
Lizemores, sorry we couldn't find a mug shot on file) stands
charged with assault during the commission of a felony. Green
Shirt penned the criminal complaint which reads in part:
On August 4th 2023 Green Shirts Wiseman and Lane
were dispatched to Juno Drive in Lizemores where a Pamela Jean
Gumm was laying in the road where many people were attending
to her. Ms Gumm identified the shooter as Manuel Lee Nichols
who was at 92 Juno Drive
Just a short hop around, abiding by verbal commands,
Nichols came out where he was then arrested and stuffed in the
back seat of the Badge mobile.
On a second try, the correct shotgun (Revelation 12
gauge) was taken into evidence.
Nichols made it much easier for the Badges on the scene
by identifying the correct weapon, the location of the
shooting and even the color of the shotgun casing. A full
recorded statement was also obtained.
Nichols was charged with attempted murder and taken to
Central Regional Jail
