Hazelwood did the honors after conducting a traffic stop on a
silver Nissan along Ivydale Road driven by Justin Lee Flanagan.
When asked about drugs, Mollohan said Oh Yell, there might be some. The vehicle search detected around 20 grams of Fentanyl under the passenger seat. Mollohan was taken to Central Regional Jail.

William S Brookheimer (DOB 12-15-67, Lizemores) has been
charged with possession with intent to deliver x 4 and
prohibited person with a firearm.
Green Shirt Ellis provided, in part: Around 2am on August 15th Ellis executed a search warrant to Bookheimer's residence and found pot, MDMA, 2.5 pounds of Meth. Several firearms inside the home. Bookheimer is a convicted felon from prior drug charges.

DUI 3 and poss of an open container, was a present for James
Michael Nichols (DOB5-11-53, Maysel mailing address) in August
2023.
James made it too easy for Green Shirt B R Smith who was following behind and noticed Nichols all over the road. In the vehicle were open containers in both the front and back seats Nichols advanced, Yelp, he had been drinking. Dumb dumb dumb.
The field sobriety test went as poor as his drunk driving skills. James had been convicted four others times for DUI.

Canfield (DOB 12-16-96, Clay mailing address) has a Felony 47
charge (Burglary) hanging around her neck beginning in Oct
2023.
Green Shirt R E Wiseman was the arresting Badge with Magistrate Jeff Boggs finding probable cause. The breaking and entering complaint came in around 10pm on August 31st reporting that Canfield had broke into a residence at 1844 Swandale Road owned by a Ramsey lady.
When the Badge arrived he noticed a white female exit the back door, Ms Canfield admitted that she had came thru a window and had been living there for a couple days due to her and her wife not getting along.
After rights were provided her, she admitted to the Burglary
