out, stealing one can land you a felony charge. Here' the
Criminal complaint on the public file on Brenda Lee Dennis of
Ivydale land.

Victim Rebecca Adkins was in the Dollar Store in Clay. While checking out she laid down her cell phone while making payment on a purchase..
She walked out the door before realizing she had forgotten her phone. Going back in she noticed a Brenda Dennis at the Counter. Back outside, Adkins asked a friend to dial her cell number... the thang went straight to voice mail.
With pesky security cameras about everywhere, yelp, sure enough, Brenda Dennis was caught nabbing the phone and stuffing it in her shopping bag.
Allen King checked out the recorded footage and identified the bad person as Brenda Dennis and charged her with Grand Larceny.
