pee off Judges. One of the biggies would be endangering the
life of a child while doing something stupid. Judges hear it
all. They sit thru fibs and broken promises galore but if
you want to get in real trouble, endanger a kid.
Here goes with this installment of life in the slow

Alaina Seabolt Naamon Bird
We're putting to
two cases into one article because it's the same caper.
Felony 72: First Alaina Marie Seabolt (Bird) (DOB 10-30-92) from over in Craigsville. Randy Holcomb penned both of these cases.
From the criminal complaint (Nov 16 2021) and paraphrased a bunch: On Tuesday Nov 16th several reports of a reckless driver and driving all over the road in a maroon Chevy Tahoe.... Holcomb responded in the Hartland area where he located the Tahoe on Elkhurst Road.
With his blue lights flashing, the Tahoe pulled over for a second and then back out ont he road it went...
Now that's a dumb thang trying to get away from a badgemobile but wait there's more.
When Randy was out of his cruiser, the driver of the Tahoe put it in reverse and plowed into the cruiser. Now that will reaaally pee off a Badge big time.
With quick thought and deed, Holcomb opened the door, put the Tahoe in Park and removed the keys from the ignition.
Alaina Marie Seabolt Bird was the driver and smelled strongly of alcohol. So drunk she was , she couldn't get out of the vehicle. Seabolt was cuffed
In the passenger's seat was Naamon Robert Bird. Bird was removed from the Tahoe and cuffed too
In the backseat was a small infant (DOB 7-31-20) in a car seat..
Seabolt Bird was unable to perform a field sobriety test. she couldn't even stand up. On a toximeter she blew .230 BAC.
Turns out her licensed had been suspended for unpaid ciatations and getting caught for driving drunk.
The child was turned over to protective services.
Seabolt Bird was arrested on child neglect, drunk driving and driving while suspended
Felony #71 As for her sidekick, Naamon Bird Jr (DOB 03-26-1991) from Dixie, he also has a felony lodged against him.
From the complaint file: Naamon Bird allowed Alaina to drive the Tahoe while intoxicated along Elkhurst Road.... and created the risk of serious injury and or death to the child. Naamon is the Father of the child....
Both unthinking adults are in deep stuff for sure.
