Jeffery C Hotchkiss

Tall, short, fat, skinny, Badges don't like it when they have to chase you on foot. They don't like their uniforms all messed up or their knuckles scuffed.
Jeffrey C Hotchkiss (DOB 7-9-81) was arrested on Dec 4 2020 on Felony fleeing and obstructing plus some traffic violations. Green Shirt J A Miller was the arresting badge and provided this write up. We shortened and or edited the public file for easy reading
Around 11pm on Dec 4th Hotchkiss was tooling around in a silver Mitsubishi in the Indore area of Clayberry. In addition to having a busted headlight, the fast moving vehicle displayed no license plate.
How easy can you make it for a Badge?
Unable to catch up to the fast moving speed dream, Miller started his search up and down side roads. He noticed the vehicle had hit an embankment and flipped over on the roof. On lower Sycamore Miller spotted Mr Hotchkiss walking along Lower Sycamore Road.
When Hotchkiss was told to stop and put his hands behind his back, the lad skeddadled. Nearly new to the county, Green Shirt Miller hauled the guy to the ground and cuffed him.

We couldn't find a mug shot of Lolita Shay Jarvis-Nelson. Born on June 6 1990, Nelson is charged with a bunch of felony stuff including forgery x 22, uttering, and financial exploitation of an elderly person.
From the criminal complaint and edited a bunch...
In May 2020, Green Shirt FL Raynor received copies of bank documents from Adult Protective Services for senior citizen Michael Jarvis who has medical issues making it difficult for him to leave his residence.
Raynor confirmed Mr Jarvis was the only name on the checking account at the Clay County Bank.
On May 22nd, the Badge went to Mr Jarvis's place and confirmed: Lolita Jarvis, a daughter, had taken several checks; wrote them to herself;  forged them; and cashed them.
11 checks totaling  $3771.22 were confirmed by Mr Jarvis as being cashed without his signature, forged.
Ms Jarvis's endorsement was affixed on the back of each check.
