#2 Green Shirt R E Wiseman handled this felony
case on Mr Padgett (3-11-1986) which reads in part: Wiseman
was executing a search warrant on Jan 8th... He discovered .37
grams of a yellow powder substance in Padgett's bedroom ...
Padgett confessed, the powder was his... a field test revealed
the stuff was Fentanyl ... Padgett professed, that was suppose
to be heroin!...
When asked, Padgett told the Green Shirts, he got the stuff from a Mr David Lanham in exchange for doing work for the guy.
Felony 3 is awarded to Roy David Lanham (DOB 7-5-1950). That's the Mr Lanham mentioned just above. On Jan 8th, a bunch of the Big Otter resort Green Shirts showed up to Lanham's residence (Wallback) with a search warrant in hand. Once inside, there was Lanham, Shaina Wyatt and Jason Padgett.
Findings of the search included: 445 grams of a white crystal, 3 grams of pot, 26 grams of heroin containing fentanyl, 32 suboxone strips, 5 mg oxycodone, 2 mg clonazepam, 1 mg xanax, 2 valiums,15 mg morphine, and a black Tarus 38 pistol
$839 in bills and $43,80 in change was also found in the residence.
All three individuals were cuffed, booked, and sent o CRJ.
Mr Padgett advised, he commonly went to Lanham's residence where his wife Sarah Padgett commonly resides and works in exchange for drugs.
Later, Ms Wyant told Badges, she traveled to Lanham's place twice a week for the last two years to buy $20 worth of meth and that she had recently started purchasing heroin from Lanham.
And to add topping on the cake, Lanham is a felon and prohibited from being around firearms. He's now in deeper stuff.

Justin Alan Delwarte (DOB4-1-89)
Felony 5 Mr
Delwarte provided the Guy Mullins Road neighborhood with some
excitement on Saturday Jan 23rd, around 6pm. Driving a
black Dodge Ram pick em up truck on Rt 36, Green Shirt R
E Wiseman hearded the loud exhaust system and tried to pull
the driver over. Didn't go so well
Turning on to Guy Mullins Road, the Dodge spun around in the gravel nearly going over the embankment. Regaining control he turned on an unmarked road, spun around some more before striking a tree. He was captured then
Why would you try to outrun a radio? Delwarte said he knew the vehicle was illegal and he had some meth and pot with him.
Yelp, sure enough, there was an orange in color container in the floor. Inside was crystal meth and 2 grams of pot.
After a quick check, Delwarte had neglected to tell the Badge, his license had been suspended!

Ernie Pat Dawson
Once you wind up in
the Court system, even after you exit the slammer, things are
never the same. Such is the case with Ernie Pat Dawson Jr (DOB
3-5-1973) who has spent much of his life under the scrutiny of
law enforcement.
He's back. Felony # 6 is awarded to Mr Dawson.
As a convicted sex offender, Dawson is required to adhere to certain court mandates. He doesn't do that often and that's what got him back in the court system this time around.

Miller spotted Dawson's vehicle parked at a residence on Sycamore Road. There was outstanding warrant for the guy and Miller knew it.
On Oct 31t Miller got a hold of Randy Holcomb, then the Sheriff, who had the warrant in his possession at the time. Holcomb went to the front door with Miller guarding the back door in case the guy ran. With a warrant in hand and hearing voices inside, Holcomb went in the residence. Once inside, they could hear a noise in the bathroom.
Lo and behold, showing great brain power, there was Ernie Dawson hiding in the shower stall... fully clothed.
So the warrant was executed and that could have been the end of it. Except, as a sex offender and that part about the rules of the court.... Badges found Dawson's an unregistered cell phone which was loaded up with unregistered apps. Stuff like an unregistered email account, a Facebook account accessed thru the browser, and messenger app stand out as chief offenders.
Judges take it seriously when someone violates the court imposed rules for being out of jail. That someone in the grease, it's now Ernie Pat Dawson.
Crystal Dawn Coulter (DOB 9-20-1976) is a new name to Court records... at least as far as we can remember.
Ms Coulter was arrested last week over a Feb 5th incident. From the criminal complaint, in part: Maxwell Holcomb is the victim.... On Jan 30th around 10pm, Coulter came to Holcomb's residence (Bickmore) telling Holcomb that he had stole something from Coulter...... Smartly, Holcomb headed to his garage to get away from her ....
Well, maybe not too smartly... Coulter picked up a sledge hammer and bashed Holcomb in the head before skedaddling.
Braxton Hospital diagnosed Holcomb with a severe traumatic brain injury.
Crystal Dawn Coulter has been charged with felony malicious assault.
