  Green Shirt S L Bass had the honors with this criminal complaint stemming from an incident dated Nov 26 2019.   Austyn Mullins (DOB 4-27-1999, Lizemore) was named as the bad guy in this 2020 felony number 5.
   From the Criminal Complaint and paraphrased somewhat.....
   On Sunday Dec 1st 2019, Bass was contacted by the victim, MM, in reference to a sexual assault that occurred on Nov 26th at the old NAPA Store  on Main Street in Clay.
  The victim stated that she planned to meet Austyn Mullins for lunch at Gino's.  Mullins picked her up and they had lunch at Gino's and afterwards, went to the NAPA store to hang out. The victim stated that she and Mullins played cards and talked.
  Mr Mullins brought up sexual topics and asked the victim what she liked and didn't like sexually. At that time, Mullins began to tickle her. Ms MM didn't think anything of it until Mullins positioned himself that he could pin her down on the desk where she was sitting.
  The victim states, Mullins got on top of her so she could not move and began to take off her shoes.  Ms MM still thought this was a joke at first until Mullins told her to put her hands above her head and not to move them.
  Mullins then started pushing her shirt up and asked if this was OK. MM stated that she was frozen and could not say anything. Mullins unhooked her bra and then unbuttoned her pants and removed both her pants and underwear off and proceeded to to use his fingers to penetrate her roughly to the point she began to bleed.
  The victim was then able to come out of her frozen state and said her Mother needed her at home. She then got up and dressed herself and Mullins drove her back home.
  Mullins was charged with sexual assault in the second degree
