listed, has been charged with violation of a protective order
and burglary on Jan 26, 2022. The arresting Badge was Sheriff
Allen King.
Penned by the Black Shirt, here's an abbreviated criminal complaint info: a protective order was issued for Danielle Douglas and served on David on Jan 21st... On Jan 26th, David enter the address of Danielle where he was told not to be there....he entered using something other than a key and took antique glasses and pour bleach on children clothing ruining the clothes.
Felony 7 Zachary C Boggs (DOB 4-27-1996) from Duck W Va stands charged with failure to register as a sex offender x 2. The arresting Badge was Green shirt B R Smith. Probable cause was found by Magistrate Jeff Boggs on Jan 31, 2022. Oh those pesky Badges!!!
From the criminal complaint and greatly shortened:
Around 8pm on Jan 30th, Green Shirt Smith was tooling around on road patrol when there came a Dodge pick up down Rt 16 with a headlight out. With blood shot eyes and slurred speach, Boggs was driving the vehicle
From there it went downhill quickly...
The temp tags on the Dodge did not belong on that vehicle... the MVI sticker was bogus .... the female passenger advised she had a pistol... Boggs was discovered to be a sex offender which required him to register in the State of W Va....
Boggs was given field sobriety tests where Zach blew .0121. He failed each of the other field tests like standing on your head and play a Yankee doodle dandy on harmonica.
Asa sex offender, each vehicle has to registered, the Dodge wasn't... his current residence wasn't registered either. Ditto for no insurance, improper registration, and improper MVI
