  Eric Dobbins (DOB 1 16 74, Procious) was before Magistrate Jeff Boggs on Jan 2 2020 where probable cause was found and the arrest warrant was issued for Felony Receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle. Green Shirt J M Ellis II penned the Criminal Complaint as follows.
   Around 5pm on Dec 27th a Robert Dennis requested a Badge to check on a vehicle his wife had purchased was possibly stolen.... Mr Dennis provided a VIN which did show as listed with NCIC from Kanawaha County.
  Green Shirt Ellis headed over to Ivydale and found the maroon GMC Jimmy Blazer and had the vehicle towed.
  While there, wife Brenda and son arrived and provided statements that the son gave his Mother the $500 to purchase the vehicle and then took her to Anderson Heights and dropped off his Mother when they made contact with Eric Dobbins. Ms Dennis believed Mr Dobbins was possibly selling the vehicle for a man she knew as Whimpy Hancock
  Eric Dobbins was later arrested and is in deep stuff now.
