Bad Year for Christian Elliot

  Christian Nova Elliot plead guilty to stealing from the Lizemores Fired Dept and cookin the books so as not to get caught. That happened Monday Feb 1st before Judge Ric Facemire. Ms Elliot participated via the internet on a home puter. She was allowed to remain free on bond until her formal sentencing on March 30th.
  Everybody has a little larceny in their blood and Ms  Elliot had got caught. It happens, you do your time, and then move on with life.
  By mid week, we started hearing stories on other crap Elliot had been up to. From the grape vine, coffee house club, emails, etc., it sounded like: Ms Elliot had taken pictures of the Feb 1st proceeding, doctored the images and then spread them around to her buddies via the world wide web.
  Making fun of the Judge before he does your sentencing, that's about as dumb as it gets.
  As with most rumors, there was some truth to it. What we didn't realize was, how serious were her actions.
  Friday afternoon we stopped by the Circuit Clerk's office to see what was official. What we found was 14 pages of the  already filed amended motion to revoke bond and a motion for contempt of court.
  Turns out, Rule 8 for West Virginia trials is very clear. Rule 8  tells the world, you cannot take pics, screen shots, record the hearing without prior approval by the Judge.   That getting permission is something Elliot forgot to get.
  Someone ratted on Elliot and alerted the Probation Officer on Feb 2nd. From line #7 of the court record: Members of the public then communicated to the Probation office a copy of the photograph (s) and disseminated by Elliot during the Feb 1st hearing...
  Ms Elliot admitted to passing around one photo shot during the hearing to her husband and Missy Friend who works at the Lizemores Fire Dept. She denied taking a video or audio recording.  There's a problem.
  Note. One thing Christian agreed to during her plea agreement was, to have no contact with that Fire Dept.  There's a big probation
  During the investigation, Missy Friend confirmed that a picture had been sent to her of the Judge on the bench and doing something with his cellphone.
  Turns out, that pic of the Judge was a different pic from what Elliot said she made. Get it? She's caught fibbing to the Court. Fibbing under oath, perjury, is a real no no. There's yet another problem.
  Here's comes the grand enchilada, according to Missy Friend confirmed, Elliot had live streamed the whole hearing to several others including Holly Nine, Regina Potasnik and Elliot's Mother.   Here's it comes readers, there's an even bigger problem and she lied about that too!!!!
  Buried in that 14 page document comes words that Christian Elliot tipped off all those that received the pics and or video  and did so prior the Probation Office doing the investigation. Not sure if that's a problem but we're going to say so anyway.
   Also buried in the paperwork is mention, before any participant of a hearing can log on, there is a great big bright red screen balloon telling them, don't you dare record this hearing in any way shape or form without prior consent
  Because other bad guys were included in that Feb 1st hearing, Elliot violated their rights!   Deep Deeper Deeeeeper she went.
  There's a section of State Code (61-5-26) that makes it unlawful to misbehave, obstruct,  interrupt court while in session. Another section (61-6-19) is titled willful disruption of Gov. process.
  A couple copies of the pics that were spread around the internet were included in the Prosecutor's report. They show the Judge sitting in his big red chair, one with him looking down at a cell phone with the second pic of the Judge lookin out toward the Courtroom.
  Because Christian N Elliot lied to the investigator, recorded the hearing and then sent out video and pictures to the world, made contact with a member of the Lizemores Fire Dept, was not truthful with the Probation office, and finally, being dumber than a box of rocks! Prosecutor Jim Samples wants the Court to throw the book at Elliot.
   His motion would yank her bond for her criminal offenses and toss her in the slammer til this paperwork can be attended to on Feb 11th at 9am.
   Note: We checked the Central Regional Jail website Feb 6th and didn't see Elliot's mug shot.
  For sure, Christian has peed off the guy that will be sentencing her. That's a bad thang for sure. Also, it appears she has broke several laws including perjury.
 From our side, her attorney aught to be telling his client, bring your toothbrush with you on Feb 11th. Maybe a change of undies too.
 2021 is turning out to be a rotten year for Christian Nova Elliot.
