In this day and age when unlawful pot possession
is a thing from the past, here's one more. Read the full criminal complaint,
it's more than just pot involved.
This is Felony 10 for this year. For those
paying close attention to that count, you can see there's some blank spots
in the new line up. How come? Glad you asked. When warrants are signed
a felony number is affixed. the public doesn't get to see the Felony until
that warrant is actually executed. Sometimes it takes a while for the Badges
to find the bad guy.
Or.... a warrant is dismissed. Such
is the case on Felony #11 which was dismissed. That one had to do with
a Shoplifting 3d offense at the Go Mart in Big Otter.
Tyler Wayne DeBoard (DOB 11-24-1999)
was arrested Feb 15 2020 by Green Shirt Sgt DW Burge. Mr DeBoard is charged
with possession with intent to deliver. That is Felony number 10 for this
year.

packaged in small plastic baggys appearing to be in equal amounts.
