Michael Lynn Harrison
Felony 15
sets around the neck of Michael L Harrsion (DOB 9-29-72) from
up in Frametown managed to get arrested on Feb 27th. The
arresting Badge was Green Shirt B R Smith. Magistrate Boggs
found probable cause and Mr Harrison is now in the Court
system
From the criminal complaint on file at the old Courthouse and paraphrased:
Just after 7pm on Feb 27th the call came in from Hallsburg Road for a domestic.
Smith located the caller, victim, Nina Elizabeth Rogers who had blood on her forehead,shirt, and legs. Rogers reported that while driving on Hallsburg Rd, her sweety Michael Lynn Harrison punched her in the face after hitting a bunch of potholes too fast.
She told the Badge that Harrison was intoxicated and had consumed 2 15 packs of beer. After she got out of the tan Toyota pick em up truck, he skedaddled.
While Smith was taking the statement, get this, Harrison was spotted driving past her house.
It didn't take too much of a Sherlock Homes to find the lad who had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath. Inside the truck were two open containers in the cup holders beside the seat.
Harrison was arrested for DUI and domestic battery.
Once back at the Green Shirt Resort in Big Otter Harrison refused to take an alcohol test. after some quick and easy background work, turns out Harrison received a DUI in 2014 and 11-5-22.
If convicted of the domestic battery he's lookin at 12 months in the slammer
On that DUI 3rd, add on up to another 12 months if found guilty.
