This is a
dynamic duo write up. Both in on the same caper and both with
the identical criminal complaint.
Felony 12 Sandra Bishop (DOB 3-18-1971) and Felony 13 Phillip Workman Workman (DOB 11-14-1979). Both complaints were penned by Green Shirt B R Smith and both are charged with grand larceny. Here's an example of what makes Clayonians so easy to catch after doing unlawful crapola.
Here's the complaint but paraphrased greatly
Back on Feb 19th around 10pm , Green Shirts responded to a call from Triplett Ridge property owner Garren McKinney concerning 300 gallons of stolen diesel fuel, about $1160 in vaule back in Feb 2022.
After 27 years of reporting, stealing diesel? , this is another first for the Communicator.
For this caper there was no need for Sherlock Holmes or about anybody but a blind person. Back to the complaint: Green Shirt Smith was on scene where a black plastic pipe was strung out from the tank thru the woods and over the hills, under Workman's fence and on Workman's property.
Workman agreed, Yelp that's a black plastic pipe and Yelp, it's on his property. Another black plastic pipe was running down the Workman / Bishop property
As for knowing anything about such a pipe or the stolen diesel, both, not me buddy, we don't know notin' about stealing any diesel!!
Both were charged with grand larceny.
Both cases have already been sent over to Circuit Court land.
