Here comes a
guy that can't keep his hands to himself and gets caught not
once but twice on the same day with different women.
Felony 15 and Felony 16 William Stephenson (DOB 1-27-1947) from Sycamore St , Hartland was charged with sexual assault 1st degree times 2. Sheriff King did the honors with the following criminal complaints.
Victim Shannon Salisbury was working at the DHHR office in Clay on March 7th assisting Stephenson with filling out govt forms and finishing , she reached to open the door when Stephenson grabbed her around the waist and began to kiss her on the neck, then he reached up and grabbed her breast. Salisbury pushed him away and said, "We don't do that". Salisbury reached again to grab Shannon who took her left hand and blocked William from doing it again. William then left the DHHR building.
For the second incident, on the same day, but in Laxton Hollow, Shiloh Miller heard a knock at her front door. Shiloh opened the door and found her Mother's half brother, William Stephenson. Shiloh's friend Shyanne Rucker (also in the trailer) when Shiloh let him in. Inside the house, William asked Shiloh if her Mother was in the house before he put out his hands as if wanting a hug, William grabbed Shiloh on the breast. After telling him she didn't do that, Shiloh went to the door and told William to get out. As she did so, William grabbed Shiloh on the butt. Shiloh pushed William out the door. Shyanne stated that she did hear William come in and did hear Shiloh tell him to get out the door....
This case has already been moved to Circuit Court land. The Ides of March is not going Stephenson's way in 2022.
