Franklin Christopher Moore
Felonies 15
and 17 are awarded to Franklin Moore (DOB 4-29-1907) for
fleeing in a vehicle, possession, burglary and attempted
burglary.
On March 1st around 5:30 pm ole Cervera attempted to make a violation stop on a white Dodge van. Moore was the driver who did pull over briefly before making a very dumb move, he skedaddled up Reef Fork Road. At 1066 Reed Fork Road, Moore drove around the residence and almost struck four individuals
in the yard.
The white van continued to flee via a dirt road behind the residence and came to stop in a valley before getting back on Reed Fork.
Cervera and Brown Shirt Stuart Simms got back on Reed Fork and began searching for both occupants of the van. It didn't take too much of a Sherlock Holmes to find the passenger of the van, a Catherine Jean Vandorvort hiding in the basement who was arrested for her part in the caper.

Turns out Mr Moore was driving with a revoked license for an active DUI from 2000. The trusty radio turned up, the van had been stolen out of Braxton County.

Wonder how Cervera identified the driver of that just mentioned white van?
It was Vandovort that spilled her guts.
From her criminal complaint, also penned by Green Shirt Cervera and edited by us just a bit....
She and Mr Moore broke attempted to break into a house when an alarm went off. They had attempted entry thru a back window. When they hit the window the alarm was set off. Both fled.
On that same day, another Green shirt responded to an alarm on Oak Hill Ridge Road in Bomont.
Vandorvort also provided, she and Moore also broke into a camp along the river. To gain entry, a brick was found and tossed thru a window. Moore entered and started handing out items like a TV, computer, monitor and several other items.
Those items were found in the white stolen van.

From Green Shirt J M Ellis and paraphrased...
On march 3rd around 3:30 in the afternoon, 911 advised that there was a suspicious vehicle parked in the Big Otter Exxon parking lot. The workers there advised, the vehicle had been there for 2 days and had two occupants.
Using the magic of radio communications, Ellis found out, the purple Nissan was stolen from Ohio. With lights swirling, the Green Shirt Ellis arrested both occupants.
Turns out Skylee Love has arrest warrants from Pennsylvania .
Both were charged with transferring and receiving a stolen vehicle and conspiracy.
