Timothy David Graham
Often when we're posting new felonies, you will see a gap in the sequence. No we're not holding back on ya. Instead, warrants issued aren't public until the person has been aprehended. Here's one from the year 2020.
Felony 2020 #24  Timothy David Graham (DOB 6-28-83). Back on April 7 2020, Harry Graham called the law on his son, Timothy Graham. From the complaint penned by FL Raynor....
Harry Graham reported, around 1 am , his son, Timothy asked the Dad to come pick him up out Wilson Ridge. When Dad got there, the son looked intoxicated. He told the dad he had lost something while on foot. When the Dad got out to help with the search, Timothy got in the 2016 Ford Super Cab and skedaddled away. The vehicle was finally located in Clarksburg W Va
  What a dirty rotten trick!
  Badges finally nabbed Timothy.

Jamie Morris

Felony 24 Jamie Morris (DOB 2-22-1969) has spent most of his life in trouble with the law and mostly related to drug use and abuse.
Our first notice of the Jamie problem was provided by his Dad, Joe Morris who told us, his son had been fired from his Elk River Railroad job for flunking a drug whiz test. The Dad tried to explain, his kid didn't do the drugs but, he had been around drug users and the smoke from the pot had just got on his son. We knew that was BS 25 years ago, but Dad's will try anything to protect a loved one.
For this round in court stuff, this felony is once again for drugs, fentanyl to be specific.
The Maysel based guy was picked up by Green Shirt RE Wiseman on Dec 11th last year. From that complaint and paraphrased big time: Around 10pm a female called 911 with a shots fired complaint coming from the Jamie Morris residence. The caller also heard  a female screaming.
When Green Shirt Wiseman got on scene, there was Jamie standing in the yard. Seeing the Badge coming his way, Jamie high tailed it out beyond the garage. Yelling  Stop! all along the way, Wiseman restrained Morris.
After the cuffing thang was complete, the Badge noticed a pink colored container on the ground containing  .34 grams of a white crystal substance (Meth), and .59 grams of the white stuff, Heroin.
Jamie was arrested. Being no stranger to the court system, sure looks like he's not about to change his ways.
So why did it take three months to execute the criminal complaint? That's how long it took the Green Shirt Lab in So Charleston to positively identify the contents of the pink container.

George Franklin Cason III

Felony 26 George Franklin Cason (DOB 10-31-68) is in the grease being charged with driving revoked DUI 3rd, expired registration, no insurance, and no registration. That DUI 3rd is the biggy. Mandatory jail time is involved with that charge.
During the traffic stop on April 8th, Cason didn't exactly fib to Green Shirt Wiseman.. he was just frugal with the truth. With today's communications, in short order, the truth was found out. Cason had  previous convictions of driving revoked  in June 2005 and August 2005 and was operating a vehicle without a current driver's license.

Often we get yelled at for printing all the names and charges in our Magistrate report and on Blotters like this one. From the beginning of the newspaper, we've stood by, the public needs to know and watch out for those charged and those with previous convictions of stuff that could affect the rest of us.
Cason is a prime example of a guy that hasn't learned to follow the law.
