charged with Grand Larceny and trespassing.
Written a little on the confusing side, here are some excerpts from the criminal complaint:
Victim Dusti Davis from Punkin Ridge noticed that her swimming pool was missing from rental property... A phone call from Amber Dobbins said Earl Dunlap drove past her house with a large bag pool legs in a tote... A statement from Mr Davis included that he had taken Kathy Davis to 333 Elkhorn Drive where Kathy Davis told him, the pool belonged to Ernie Davis (a brother). Mr Dunlap loaded the pool in his truck and took it to Kathy"s house.
The pool cost $899 and the sand filter was another $300.
The confusing wording, if it stands, could net Kathy Davis up to 10 years in the slammer and a $2500 fine

info: Around 11pm on Wed April 13th, a Melissa Fay Keiffer
advised (from the Braxton County Hospital) that her ex boy
friend Henry Earl Stutler had beaten her.
From the victim: around 4 am entered her dwelling (1987 Simmons Fork Rd) without breaking and woke her up by screaming and cursing her. Stutler then jumped on top of her while she was laying in the bed and began striking her in the face with a closed fist and over her body including back, ribs, legs before leaving the residence.
Green Shirt Wiseman obtained Ms Keiffer's medical records from the hospital, written statement and photographs.
