Donald Heath Jr (DOB 10-10-1980) from our Southern
border colony Clendenin caught the attention of Green Shirt B
R Smith on April 5th and wound up charged with being a
person prohibited from having a firearm from 5-25-2001 when he
was found guilty of unlawful wounding and later , on
6-25-2006 he surfaced and found guilty of malicious assault.
Here's part of the criminal complaint on file in the Magistrate's office: Heath was done bluing a firearm (at his residence) and putting it back in the case when he went off wounding a Jason Anderson. While investigating at the Green Shirt resort Mr Heath told his girl friend that the Badges took his 9mm but didn't find his 45. Well... the Badges got the 45 too.

Felony 27 James McCune
Jr (DOB 3-31-1981) from Clay was charged
with Threats of a Terrorist Act on March 29th. The arresting Badge
was Top badge Allen King.
From that complaint on file, some interesting excerpts:
McCune made terrorist threats against an employee of WV DHHR, Lucy Cruickshanks, a probation officer who was drug screening the lad for protective service case. Mr Blabber Mouth said that CPS workers should be taken out in the street and shot in the head.
Not satisfied with those remarks, in April he told Dr Megan Green that he wished to do harm to CPS worker by grabbing them and repeatedly punching them in the face.
Yelp that was enough to get the attention of the Top Badge and stuck in the slammer awaiting trial.

Felony 28 Jeremiah
Donovan Neff ( DOB 9-14-1990) from Clay was
charged with possession of kiddy porn on April 8th by
Green Shirt Andrew M Pringle. From that complaint,
something new or at least something we haven't noticed
before. This complaint came in via a cybertip in reference
to a Snapchat under the user name jeremiah_neff20.
During the interview with Neff, yelp sure as the devil, the old cell phone was loaded with tons of video and pictures of child pornography. The image count was over 600 images plus the videos.
And and and, Neff voluntarily gave the Badge the cell phone for examination!
He told Pringle that someone had sent him the images but still, saved them on the phone. Dumb Dumb Dumb
