2022 Wanda Julianna Coulter 2018

   Felony 17 is one that was on hold from back in March of this year.Usually that delay means Badges were on the look out for the culprit. Wanda Julianne Coulter (DOB8-28-90) from Elkview was charged with grand larceny by investigating Green Shirt F L Raynor. If convicted she's looking at a year in the slammer and $2500 fine.
  Here's some excerpts from the now public criminal complaint: Back on Dec 24th 2021,  Victim Denvil Graham said he was a friend to Ms Coulter and had recently bailed her out of jail. Turns out Coulter may not have been too appreciative of making bail. She swiped the victim's truck, a red Ford Ranger from Marne Ridge in Clayberry. The Green Shirt was unable to locate the vehicle.



Rachelle Dawn Duffield
   Felony 21 belongs to Rachelle Dawn Duffield (DOB10-22-86) from Maysel who is charged with burglary and grand larceny. This public file was penned by the ever busy, Green Shirt, F L Raynor. From the complaint (April 8 2022):  Victim Misty Goodwin stated that her niece Rachelle Duffield was at her residence where she went in and out several times on March 20th. The victim noticed several of her clothes and make up bags were missing. Later, the victim noticed some of her things in the front yard .  Some of the items were later recovered after Duffield sold them.
  After messaging Duffield several times, she replied by saying don't call the law.
  The victim stated that the value of the stolen items were valued at over $2000.
 


Marcus Ernest Taylor
   Felony 29 goes to Marcus Taylor (DOB 1-15-97) from Nebo. Green Shirt H E Ingraham charged the lad with domestic battery, strangulation, and domestic assault. With a physical altercation in progress on March 8th on Clinic Drive, Ingraham and Green Shirt B Smith responded to the Nebo neighborhood.     
   Victim DeeDee Engel stated that her boyfriend, that's Marcus, had put the whammy on her after they had been arguing about Facebook messages. Taylor was so mad he flipped over several tables, started jumping on top of her, and then choked her before biting her left ear.
  When the victim tried to call 911, Taylor grabbed the cell phone. He promised to "snap her neck" if she called 911. 
The Badges saw the markings on her neck.   Afterwards Marcus skedaddled.
  Taylor was located next door at a neighbor's house where he was cuffed and stuffed.
