Eric Steven Anderson (DOB
9-1-1988) is charged with Felony Strangulation. Probable cause
and a warrantless arrest was ordered by Magistrate Rider on May
18, 2020. Anderson traveled to his former residence on Big Otter
Hgwy following the victim there. Anderson was cursing and
screaming before placing his hands on her neck and throat
causing pain, bruising and the loss of air.... Anderson then
placed a pink belt around the victim's neck causing pain and
loss of air creating the feeling of passing out. the victim got
away from Anderson traveling to a neighbors residence
where she contacted Clay 911.
Green Shirt Burge investigates red marks ad bruising around her neck and throat and took pictures. During the investigation the Green Shirt discovered warrants earlier this year for strangulation, domestic battery and domestic assault. Mr Anderson was found in the victim's residence, asleep in a bed.

Scott Miller (DOB 12-15-92) , we've seen him before in
2020 in Felony #31. . Miller was charged with a whole list
of moving violations in that Felony brought by Green Shirt
Cervera.
Here he comes again with Felony 36 written by Green Shirt D W Burge on June 17th.
In this Felony, or maybe added to the others already on record, add, daytime burglary. You can read the same criminal complaint down below in the COMMUNICATOR ONLINE Newspaper.
In a nutshell, the incident happened in April 2020 while the building owner was away. A key holder saw a small car leave the Maysel address with a big box (actually a clothes dryer) strapped on the top.
One of those involved in the heist, fingered Jacob Miller as a part of the breaking and stealing.
Jacob Scott Miller is now in the grease.

Hunter Nicole Runion (DOB 11-30-98) was arrested by Black Shirt Ryan Thomas on May 19th 2020 on Felony Child neglect creating risk of injury. Badges received a phone call stating that a four year male had showed up at her house and had no idea where the infant came from.
When Badges arrived, the infant told em he had ridden there on his four wheeler which was battery powered. the infant to where he lived.
Badges entered the child's residence and found Runion laying in bed and would not respond to verbal commands.
A one year old infant inside of a pack and play in the living room. The one year old infant was wearing a soiled diaper that had not been changed in some time. the floors of the residence were covered in dog feces.
There was little to no food in the home.
Green Shirt Cervera was able to wake the Ms Runion and get her to respond to verbal commands The defendant stated that the only drugs she had taken were pot and meth on the previous day. DHHR took custody of the kids.
