Felony
24 Born in 3-31-1970 and calling Cleveland
Ohio home, Mr Duffey stands charged with assault on a Badge x
3, fleeing in a vehicle, and obstructing x 2. The
arresting Black Shirt was Bailiff Robert Belt.
From the public file and edited: Out tooling around Belt and the Top Badge passed a red Dodge truck minus the license plate, turned around, and followed the lad down in the Bomont area. Once pulled over Duffey explained that the temporary license plate was in the rear window. Going thru the usual motions, the guy's driver's license did not show up on the puter.
Knowing his goose was cooked, Duffey skedaddled and in the process, spun gravel on Belt and top Badge Alan King. the race was on!
After turning on Darnell Hollow and speeding on for more than mile, while turning on a side road, just like often seen on TV shows, Belt nailed the back corner of the Dodge and the vehicle slid up against a steel pipe.
The guy wouldn't take his foot off the gas pedal. Belt reached in to turn off the ignition. Not ready to give up yet, Duffey turned it back on and hit the pedal even more. He was still stuck against the pipe.
Even after getting dragged out of the seat, the fight was on and the guy refused to be handcuffed. Having a bad day, the cuffs were finally applied. After a little radio work, turns out Mr Duffey has an outstanding warrant in Ohio.

Kaylie S Hamilton
FELONY 25 Kaylie
Shay Hamilton (DOB 3-27-2004, Lizemores) managed to get
charged for grand larceny and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Green Shirt C A Lane wrote up the paperwork available to
the public.
Briefly: On the afternoon of Friday May 5th met up with Ms Hamilton, the driver of a stolen vehicle. Hamilton said she and Hunter Ramsey were at his Mother's residence to clean up. Hunter took the keys to his Mother's vehicle so they could go get some dope. after getting into the WalMart Quincy mall, they got into an argument. Kaylie grabbed the vehicle and took off back to the Mother's residence.
Warrants were issued for Kaylie and Hunter
FELONY 26 Hunter Chase Ramsey (3-21-96,
Indore) was arrested on the same Kaylie Shay Hamilton charges

Louis Richard Koch
Here's one
we haven't seen in the Court system for some time. Felony 27
belongs to Louis R Koch (8-27-82, Clay) who was arrested on
about every vehicle transgression on May 13th. His biggy
charge was that of being a Felon in possession of a
firearm, Walther PPQ 9 mm.
All the action happened during a routine road patrol in the Lizemores neighborhood. Green Shirt Wiseman noticed the white Chevy Pick Em Up Truck had two passengers and neither were wearing seat belts. Once Koch pulled over, the passenger Sam Murphy jumped from the truck and high tailed it into the woods.
To his benefit, Koch advised the Badge that there was a loaded pistol in the door compartment. Koch's driver's license was revoked for unpaid citations.
