Badges are at it again and this time about 6 weeks too early for the good stuff. Well, a couple pot growers were snitched out and that's what led the Badges to the home grown stuff.
Felony 33 Samuel Boyd McCune (DOB (11/15/84, Maysel) and Felony 34 Joshua Edward McCune (DOB 7-20-83, Maysel) were both nabbed in the same investigation on June 21 2023. Green Shirt BR Smith did the honors.
See, pot heads get a bad rap. They're lumped into the category as heavy hitting druggies. Heck, 20 some states have completely legalized weed and several more have greatly reduced penalties down to about the same as getting a speeding ticket.
Here in the Land of Little, still 20+ years behind the rest of the world, we're jailing those in the pot industry.
From the criminal complaint on record in the Magistrate Clerk's office: On June 7th around 1pm Smith responded to a domestic at 1983 Wallback Road between Amanda Dow, Joshua McCune and Sam McCune.
It was Ms Dow that ratted out the two growers and even pointed out the location of the weed patch near the home.
Aided by an expensive to operate helicopter, Yelp there it was behind the residence where she told em to look.
The growers even told the Badge that their crop was low grade pot without much in the way of THC.
If you're going to grow pot why not grow a high test buzz machine?
It's Law Enforcement causing the use of hard stuff drugs !!!!!!!!!! If they would just leave potheads alone, they wouldn't imbibe in the harder stuff available in County Clay!
And once again, it's a female that got em in trouble. %%$$##!!! Women!
And finally a tip. Don't grow your stash like carrots and potatoes. Instead, grow your stuff in five gallon buckets, tie a rope to each handle, and pull em up in tree tops. That way they benefit from early morning dew and lots of sunshine up there. And for the 24 caret dumb arsses, don't hang all your buckets in the same tree. Dumb Dumb Dumb.
