First off... Felony
30. Thomas Roy Holcomb (DOB8-6-1966) was
arrested on May 11th 2020 charged with burglary and
destruction of property. Probable cause was not found and Mr
Holcomb was released of everything.
Felony 31 Jacob Scott Miller (DOB 12-15-1992) stands charged with felony and misdemeanor speeding, no MVI, Improper Registration, No insurance, Fleeing on foot, Driving suspended.
The Criminal Complaint was penned by Green Shirt RR Cervera on May 13th 2020. Paraphrased big time: On May 13th , around 4pm, ole Cerverea was tooling around Indore and noticed a black car with no hood or MVI coming at him at a high rate of speed. Up came the radar which confirmed the rascal was doing 74 in the 55 mph zone.
With lights on and in pursuit, the car with no hood turned on Upper Sycamore Rd. About 1/2 mile up that road, Yelp, there was the hoodless vehicle. Not being the brightest bulb in the pack, Miller skedaddled back out on Rt 16.
Cervera caught up with the hoodless Suzuki which continued in a reckless manner (passing vehicles on a double lined road) and turn on Independence Rd.
At Lowers Sycamore, the vehicle crashed.
Nothing pees off a Badge more than to have to do a foot chase.. getting all sweaty and muddy. Yes, Miller wasn't done yet and he took off running. After giving up, Miller admitted to driving an illegal vehicle, having no insurance, and the tags did not belong to that vehicle. Finally, the guy's driver's license was suspended.
Sorry no picture for Jacob Scott Miller but, he'll get some time out of this escapade.

Here's Felony complaint 32 and 33. We're putting both
together because the dynamic duo are charged with the same
crime , felony child abuse resulting in in jury.
Born March 23, 1980, Mr Anderson was charged with Felony Sexual Abuse on May 14th 2020. Ditto for Haylli M Osborne (DOB 5-7-1993) on the same date. From the public record, here's some excerpts: a child's Grandmother notice severe redness and bruising while changing a child's diaper.... Green Shirt Shaffer did an interview on April 25th. During the interview, the victim said " Mommy and Daddy whipped her...on Friday May 1st Haylli and Dustin were interviewed....Haylli advised that the victim had a problem hiding her dirty panties and had gotten poo all over herself..... Hayllie told her she was going to get a whipping... Haylli had her bend over and grab the back of her legs and whipped her on the butt a few times.
Dustin Anderson also remembered the incident... Haylli and the victim lived with him for a year .... but denied any involvment in whipping the child...
From the Badge: it is suspected that the whipping did not occur the way it was described due to the bruising on the child's butt being so servere that the fingerprints could be seen in the bruising and the hand prints were facing the opposite way the Mother had described she had whipped her.
