From the complaint: On Feb 10th, 2020 Wiseman received a CPS call alerted him to an assault which happened two years prior. At the Fola Road home the female victim was interviewed and stated, Billy Schoonover did reach his hands down her pants and touched her private area.... approximately one or two years ago...
Mr Schoonover had been babysitting the girl.
During a March 11th CAC interview, the victim disclosed, her grandfather (Schoonover) fondled her vaginal area and made her touch his penis. This occurred one time.
On April 26th, Wiseman made the trip to St Mary's Correctional Center where Billy calls home. From that interview, excerpts: After riding to Leatherwood in his Rhino side by side to go fishing, and coming home, the female victim had seen boys naked. The victim told Schoonover she had touched one of those boy's penis. The victim began talking about seeing blow jobs on her cell phones.... Schoonover told the girl she could not do those things ...
Billy Schoonover said he did not fondle the victim but only counseling her. .... Schoonover then slapped her on the inside of the thigh... Schoonover alleges he did not make her touch his penis..... The vicitm did slap the inside of his thigh. Schoonover then told her, there, that's a nasty thing to do so don't do it.

On May 7th , Ellis arrested Jarvis on an outstanding warrant for burglary. Jarvis gave permission to search his residence on Crooked Run Road for the stolen property.
Upon arriving, several items were recovered matching the description of the stolen stuff. Items included: craftsman tool set, Mathews bow and arrow, power inverter, coins, etc. Also, found was a gold in color cat decoration. While investigating, a hole was discovered in the decoration where a small plastic baggy containing 279 (Addarall XR 20 mg) pills were found.
Ryan and his girlfriend denied knowing anything about the drugs. Both Ryan and his girlfriend Lalita were charged with possession with intent to deliver.
Felony 29 as mentioned just above, Lalita Jarvis-Nelson, date of birth 6-3-1990. has a similar complaint on file. We were unable to find an image of the lady.
