Burn Burn Burn

May18th, probable cause was found and a warrant was issued by
Magistrate Jeff Rider for Craig Phillip Ramsey. He was
arrested on Felony arson charges.
Arresting Badge was Green Shirt D W Burge. From the short Criminal Complaint, here goes.
On Monday March 30th a residence occupied by Ruby Jewel Legg and Craig Phillip Ramsey had burned by fire. Green Shirt Burge was advised by Ms Legg that someone had burned her house down. At the time, there as no electric service to the house.
On Monday May 11th Burge and Cpl Cervera traveled to the residence of Mr Ramsey.
Craig Phillip Ramsey advised that he burnt Ms Legg's house because he heard voices to burn burn burn. Mr Ramsey also advised he burnt his vehicle because he heard voices saying burn burn burn.
